[Athen] Handling social media stories

Instagram stories do not have an option to add closed captions. I would
recommend any pertinent informational posts like you describe above be
listed as a post so that you can use captions and other recommended
accessible strategies. A workaround could be open caption the video (these
are embedded in the video) and then upload that version as a story.
