[Athen] Accessible STEM training and guides

Hello all,

I am looking for comprehensive accessible STEM resources, particularly for Math and Chemistry, including higher-level courses.

What training and resources to you use — either homegrown or external resources you recommend.

I've enjoyed reviewing the California Community College's public-facing Accessible STEM course<https://ccconlineed.instructure.com/courses/6911>. I've been told some pieces are out of date and they are releasing a revised version within the next several months.
