I'm assuming this is a book from a law book publisher.  They are notorious for only providing files for books with a receipt for NEW book.

Publishers can set up any such policies they like; there is no federal law that compels them to do differently, which is unfortunate.

There is a law school on my campus, and I deal with this all the time.  I do not have files for this book, unfortunately, so can't send them to you but here's hoping someone else has them and can send them.

I have no love for law book publishers.

Hello,

     I am the alternative format specialist for a university. I have been having difficulty procuring publisher files from a publisher due to the student only having a receipt for a used and rented version of the textbook.  The publisher informed me that they would only provide their files if the student had purchased a new version or eBook version.  Would anyone have PDF files for the textbook below (they do not need to be edited or accessible as my university team works on this):
