[Athen] Accessibility metadata display guide for digital publications 2.0 third and final public draft available for review

Please feel free to circulate broadly!
 
The Accessibility task force of the W3C Publishing Community Group is
pleased to announce the third draft of the "Accessibility metadata display
guide for digital publications 2.0". 
 
This is the final draft. We anticipate organizations to create
implementations based on this final draft. We anticipate minor suggestions
to be made as the implementations are developed. Please provide your
valuable feedback on or before April, 11, 2025.

We have added to this final draft all the strings displayed by the guide.

t/localizations/en-US>  JSON file found on GitHub. We anticipate providing
localized versions of this file moving forward and encourage anyone who
would like to help with the localizations/translations to review these
localizations as they become available.
