[Athen] Screen reader and Cengage Mind Tap

Hello all,

I have an interesting situation. I have a student enrolled in a cyber security course that uses Cengage's Mind Tap product for activities and projects. She is using NVDA as her screen reader and it is not reading the embedded windows with the virtual machines. Has anybody worked with Mind Tap and these types of embedded windows? Is there a way to get a screen reader to access these windows? Are there any work arounds to accomplish the same tasks without using Mind Tap?
