Subject: UG Poster Presentation with STEM Pals

Hello,

My name is Ian Campbell. I am a UW PhD student and one of the co-leaders of STEM Pals, an outreach organization on UWs campus dedicated to sharing STEM with underprivileged and underrepresented high schoolers in the Seattle area.
On November 3rd, STEM Pals is holding our annual STEM Expo, in which we bring high school students to UWs campus for a series of events intended to demonstrate to them the breadth and diversity of STEM activities and domains in higher education.

As part of our event, we are hosting a poster session for undergraduate students. This is an opportunity for our undergraduates to practice sharing some of their research and to talk with high school students about their experiences.

Could you please share this opportunity with your department? Interested students can apply using the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeKmYvl67Hjpgira1asIZVcSSoYcrAzr3-PvnQleRMjQx13Vw/viewform?usp=sf_link<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeKmYvl67Hjpgira1asIZVcSSoYcrAzr3-PvnQleRMjQx13Vw/viewform?usp=sf_link__;!!K-Hz7m0Vt54!naHaMrUzLvAwYzw1VbbrqdfZmklFIvgpBmV5NtPGPFNu_5O56uM3P1I6FGYuC-gdbxrSOmMFY8-GYg$>

The poster session will take place in Foege Hall between 12:15 to 1:15 on November 3rd. Lunch will be provided!

Best,
Ian
