The Project Horseshoe Farm Gap Year Fellowship Program<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.projecthsf.org/__;!!K-Hz7m0Vt54!i2y2uqVIeB2Nr8fGVP1643por6xEb4dW8QTZlYSBje1bK_O4_cUReONlZ6viaBJAfsKpqQBSx9KuGkSxAvwrMV6qTWvg-cTS$> is perfect for students graduating this spring looking for an immersive hands-on community health experience. Fellows are highly involved in the Community Center Program, Housing Program, Youth Programs, and Health Partners Program. Current Fellows are planning to go on to Medical School, Law School, Dentistry School, or get their Master's of Social Work, Public Health, or School Counseling.

Project Horseshoe Farm has three sites for students to choose from if accepted as a Community Health Fellow (3 sites are Greensboro, AL, Marion, AL, and Pomona, CA).
