UW Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting Microsoft Office 365 that began at approximately 3:30pm on 7/9/25. Users may encounter a 500 error when attempting to use Outlook. Some users are able to successfully log in after rebooting their computer, clearing cache and cookies, and accessing Outlook on the web instead of the App on their device. <br />

Microsoft has reported that this is a known issue and are working to restore system stability. <br />
