[GEOG MAJORS] UW Counseling Center Friendship and Relationship Skills

The Counseling Center is doing two workshops focused on friendship and relationship skills.  The first one focuses more on students who are struggling with loneliness, and do not always know how to get to know someone beyond the initial "Hello, what is your major?" exchange.  The second one focuses on healthy communication and setting boundaries. The workshops use interactive activities to help students have fun while learning new skills.

Two-Part Friendship Workshop

Tuesday 2/18 & 2/25

  *   Week 1 - Building & Deepening Connections
  *   Week 2 - Healthy Boundaries and Communication
Join us for a conversation about:

  *   How to get started and break the ice
  *   Deepening connections
  *   Addressing challenges in relationship building
  *   Setting healthy boundaries

This is a two-part workshop, and you are welcome to join one or both of them. Registration encouraged but not required. Presented by the UWCC

  *   Week 1: Tuesday 2/18, 3:30 - 5:00 at HUB 340
  *   Week 2: Tuesday 2/25, 3:30 - 5:00 at HUB 337
