This is a reminder for those who are intending to graduate in WIN 2025, SPR 2025, SUM 2025 or AUT 2025: Every quarter we send out notice about the graduation application<https://registrar.washington.edu/students/graduation-commencement-and-diplomas/> for those of you who intend to graduate within the next year. Please do your best to review the emails we send you, and check your SPAM/junk mail folders to ensure you do not miss important messages like this one!

To initiate a virtual graduation application, please send an email to geogadv at uw.edu<mailto:geogadv at uw.edu> with the following information:

  *   Your UW Student Number
  *   Your UW NetID
  *   Your birthdate (to confirm your identity)
  *   Your requested graduation quarter: WIN 2025, SPR 2025, SUM 2025 or AUT 2025
  *   Confirm your major(s)
  *   Confirm your minor(s)
