My name is Alejandro Llamas. I'm the Assistant Manager at the Hyogo Business & Cultural Center (HBCC). HBCC is a Seattle-based, non-profit organization that is dedicated to fostering the sister-state relationship between Washington State and Hyogo Prefecture in Japan.


This year, HBCC will be participating as an exhibitor in the Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival.

  *   Event date: April 8 (Friday), April 9 (Saturday), April 10 (Sunday)
  *   Time: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm (PDT, USA)
  *   Location: Seattle Center (Fisher Pavilion and The Armory)

HBCC is currently looking for college students to volunteer at our tourism booth at the Seattle Cherry Blossom Festival.


We are contacting you to ask if you would kindly circulate the attached flyer to your students via email, hang it up in your classroom or bulletin board, and spread the word to other faculty in your department, if at all possible.


We will be accepting volunteer applications until Tuesday, March 15.
