We just have three sites, for which preceptors are not listed. Please submit these by this Friday or reach out if you need assistance. Then we will order cards/add addresses. Thanks for your enthusiasm with this project and with bringing so many preceptors to UDSM! I think it's a great idea to get the undergrads involved with this.

Shifa and Chanel, does the undergraduate side have the capacity to help us out writing/sending these cards?

In the meantime, Outreach Managers, would you do a quick search (perhaps through your email would be fastest), to identify the preceptors you have worked with since starting as a manager with UDSM? Hi all,

I think the preceptor cards sound like a wonderful idea and can also help to increase preceptor engagement moving forward. Maybe if we can get each outreach site to compile a list of the preceptors that have precepted over the past year (I can help to try and track down that info) that would be great! We can then have the undergraduate team work on making the cards and sending those out.

I have a list of addresses for most of the preceptors and I can share that list/info to whoever needs it.
