To help us create the next system, I have a request. We recognize that there are some standard supplies that are shared across all sites, including UDSM and other service-learning projects. I am hoping to understand what supplies are shared and what supplies are unique to certain outreaches. This will help us create a system to maintain a well-stocked and well-funded shared cabinet and also allow for flexibility when individual outreaches need particular supplies. This will hopefully also streamline the ordering process and mitigate delays in supply arrival. Please see attached picture. I sorted the donated clothes into 4 bags of summerish clothes with a mix of sizes and items in each bag, and the big box of winter clothes. The flattened boxes I slipped behind the outreach sandwich board signs. Tiffany, sorry for not waiting until I heard back from you, but I was just chomping at the bit to get working on this project. Ellan, I moved the box of winter clothing to the MHO closet, and stacked it in the back left under the 'Donations' sign. I didn't put the donated undies in the bags. They're in a clear bag on top. They're expensive and blingy. I'm certain someone in our target population would be very happy to have them, but I'm not comfortable handing them out so I kept them separate.
