To help us create the next system, I have a request. We recognize that there are some standard supplies that are shared across all sites, including UDSM and other service-learning projects. I am hoping to understand what supplies are shared and what supplies are unique to certain outreaches. This will help us create a system to maintain a well-stocked and well-funded shared cabinet and also allow for flexibility when individual outreaches need particular supplies. This will hopefully also streamline the ordering process and mitigate delays in supply arrival. The clothes are all sorted by size now. The bottom of the box has an overflow of sweaters, the bottom bag is size large, middle is size medium, and top is size XS/S. It will be moving from current location to St. Mark's. For the winter, it will return to UW lot next to Condon Hall, #41. This will be an opportunity for UDSM to potentially expand it's work during the higher risk winter months. It will also be an opportunity to connect with TC3 residents from an educational perspective. In the past, residents have engaged in health sciences classes to provide education on a variety of topics (thinking of you @Anjulie Ganti). Of course open to other ideas and further discussion on how UDSM can be involved!
