[UDSM Leadership] Wound care resource from Portland Street Medicine

Hi team,

Just attended a report-back from University of Washington faculty that attended the National Health for the Homeless Council<https://nhchc.org/> conference in Phoenix, AZ (if you have interest, consider attending next year). They shared an interesting resource from Portland Street Medicine<https://www.portlandstreetmedicine.org/>. It is a nice example of what we could potentially create with support from the undergraduate public health group. It is something we could adapt for our use as well.
