[UDSM Leadership] Supply streamlining - a request for UDSM site

Hi team,
At our last meeting I mentioned the need to restructure our supply system to accommodate changes in our funding. To help us create the next system, I have a request. We recognize that there are some standard supplies that are shared across all sites, including UDSM and other service-learning projects. I am hoping to understand what supplies are shared and what supplies are unique to certain outreaches. This will help us create a system to maintain a well-stocked and well-funded shared cabinet and also allow for flexibility when individual outreaches need particular supplies. This will hopefully also streamline the ordering process and mitigate delays in supply arrival.
For each UDSM site, I am hopeful that one site manager can fill out the attached inventory Excel form and return by July 5, 2024 to Ashley McPeek at mcpeekas at uw.edu<mailto:mcpeekas at uw.edu>. Please note your site name in your email.
