[UDSM Leadership] Sri's updates for meeting, sorry to miss

Hi team,

Sorry to say that I will miss the leadership meeting tonight. I will be wandering through the chaos of SeaTac airport. Here are my updates -

  1.
Trainings
     *
Harm Reduction on 11/6. You should have received email invite, but please let me know if not.
     *
We are still settling a date for the next training with REACH, Dora sent out a poll. Let myself and Anjulie know when a date is settled and we can start to coordinate the details.
  2.
Mobile Health Van @ U District Food Bank. Received ok from school leadership to start outreach. We will need to sort out some liability details and make an addendum to the Service Learning contract, put together an MOU, but it can happen afterwards and I will enlist Ellen Tan's help with this.
  3.
Budget and spending. Ellen and I are discussing how best to provide feedback to student leadership regarding spending trends. If you have suggestions, please let me know.
  4.
New preceptor Sumi Lavin, retired Ob/Gyn, current volunteer EMT in Twisp. She plans to shadow soon and is very excited to start working with you all.
