Good morning,

UHeights has invited UDSM to participate in their Warm Winter Drive<https://www.uheightscenter.org/warm-winter-drive> on November 3rd. The last two emails on this topic have not been responded to. Are we (van and/or foot care) participating in this event?

We need to give them an answer one way or the other.

I'm all for opening an outreach for the Mobile Health Van, as one of the managers of that outreach. Right now as we're creating the Fall sign-up sheets seems like a great time, too.

Thanks for reaching out! For the previous event, we had the UDSM outreach table and the Footcare clinic right next to one another. We used the van's canopy tent, so this may be helpful depending on the weather. Other than that, we will be bringing most of our own things (foot care supplies, wash basins, etc.).

Shirin, is it possible to coordinate with the facilities manager (last time it was Frank) to get chairs and water from inside the building?
