Thank you for letting us know that UDSM outreach and the food truck at UHeights has to be suspended due to security concerns. We would be happy to join the Warm Winter Drive on November 3rd.

I'm so sorry to hear that UHeights is dealing with something like this. Is there anything we as UDSM can do to support UHeights as you figure this out?

I've included the UDSM medical director, Dr, Sri Josyula, wider UDSM leadership in this email as well, and Maranda from Footcare, so we can all be on the same page.

Thanks Brian and Jasper!

Unfortunately, due to some security concerns that we are trying to review and figure out, we are having to temporarily suspend some of our services at UHeights. So, for now, we will not be able to host the Mobile Medicine van. I will let you know as soon as we are ready to have you all back. (Attached at the end of this email is the official email we have been sending to partners, you can find more details there).

In the meantime, I am reaching out to other partner orgs to see if they could temporarily host you all. Will keep you posted if I hear back from any of them.

We will still be going ahead with our annual Warm Winter Drive event on Sunday, November 3rd from 10am to 1pm and hope you will be able to join us then.

We served 46 and 43 people respectively on those two nights, which is great!
