Leadership Meeting Date

The date of our May UDSM leadership meeting will be *Thursday, May 22nd
from 6-7:30 pm*. If you are unable to attend, please email me any updates
from your position that I will announce during the meeting :)

*Update from Sri in regards to the question about the Doorway Project on
June 6th: *

Doorway Project is a resource fair where lots of community orgs set up
tables at UHeights Center. Lots of free giveaways including food, clothing,
etc. It’s a really fun event. We didn’t participate last year but I stopped
by later in the evening just to check it out and was thoroughly impressed.
Our involvement could take a few forms –

-A table with info on UDSM activities within the U district and some
informational giveaways, etc.
-A full one time outreach with medical and precepting +/- van

It’s a daytime event and so finding a preceptor on a Friday during the day
may be challenging. Also we are about ~1 month away so time is of the
essence if people are interested.
