[UDSM Leadership] South Campus Center Supply Closet Updates

Good Morning,



I'm reaching out to give you some updated procedures we have for the South Campus Center supply closet. Please take a moment to read the attached notice and share with your group.



Ellen and I have noticed that the closet space has become increasingly cluttered over the past few months. Most groups have designated shelf space, but if need more shelf space, please let us know. We’re happy to help figure it out.



We’d also love to keep the floor clear of bins and supplies. It makes it easier for everyone to grab what they need and helps us restock more efficiently.



Over the next few weeks, please work with your group to organize, de-clutter and clean your designated area to try to reduce the items on the floor. After that, if there are still items without a clear place, let us know—we can work together to condense and create additional storage solutions. If you do not know where your group's designated shelf space is, please let us know and we can assist you.
