[UDSM Leadership] Updates from Interprofessional Recruitment Meeting

Hello team,

I met with Sri, Ashley and Ellen on Monday to discuss how we can increase interpersonal recruitment for outreaches. Here are some action items and highlights from the meeting:


  1.
Outreach managers can email somserve at uw.edu if they would like to advertise opportunities for their outreaches. This might be helpful especially if there is a shortage of volunteers.

       (ii) If you identify a need for a specific skill set from a professional school ( e.g. nursing or dental), you can email Ellen Tan (etttan at uw.edu) directly for assistance with recruitment. Ellen has extensive contacts for all the professional schools and is usually effective at getting people involved via email.
