Thank you so much for filling out our Service Learning preceptor survey!  We are so grateful to have you join in our efforts.

I confirmed with VRP that your coverage is still active, expiring July 1, 2025.

Along with our SHIFA group, you indicated on the preceptor survey that you are interested in working with our HMC Mobile Health Outreach Van and UDSM program. Their leadership teams are cc’d to complete onboarding and arrange a time for you to shadow a current preceptor.
