Hi Sarah,

Thanks for letting me know. The Super Sani-wipes you ordered haven’t arrived yet, but I had an unopened container in my office that I placed in the supply closet earlier today.

If you encounter any similar issues in the future, please don’t hesitate to email somserve at uw.edu. We don’t check the supply closet every day, but we’re happy to help if you give us a heads up.

Just a quick note: MHO uses the black cart on Thursdays to load supplies for their mobile van outing. I will leave an extra cart in the supply closet for them to use until you get a chance to sanitize the black one.

Hi Ellen,

The cart and foot basins need to be sanitized as at the TC3 outreach we ran out of Super Sani-wipes and all of the other disinfectant wipes are expired by several years.  The only wipes left are Clorox wipes which are not adequate for cleaning foot care items.  I placed an order for more wipes  after the outreach on Tuesday and plan to return to clean the cart and basins when the wipes are delivered.  I have been in communication with Sri regarding the lack of sanitation supplies.

Was this from a UDSM outreach? If so, are you asking the Service Learning staff to handle this?

Can you let volunteers know that the supply closet is a shared space? Please ask them to put things back where they found them and clean up after themselves.
