[UDSM Leadership] UDSM January Leadership Meeting Minutes

Hello team,


We discussed several important topics during our meeting; please review the minutes carefully.

On behalf of Data Management, I want to emphasize that they have not been receiving the data collection forms following outreach events. It is important that a form is completed after every outreach, so Data Management has the data from all sites to assess.

Ian has requested outreach managers to ensure that physical forms are printed and available at all outreach events, and that the digital form is also submitted (a QR code is included on the form). Scribes have already been trained on how to complete these forms. I have attached both the data collection form and the meeting minutes to this email.
