Hi undergraduates!

I hope your autumn quarter has been going well so far. For volunteer
tracking purposes, please fill out this form

by November 22, at 11:59pm (requires a valid UW email). If you do not fill
out the form by the deadline, you will be removed from the UDSM mailing
list, so please ensure that you get it in on time!

As a reminder to those signed up to scribe this quarter, any absences must
be communicated to the outreach manager at least 48 hours in advance,
unless under extenuating circumstances. If you have any questions, don't
hesitate to reach out. Thank you!
