[Athen] [EXT] Graduate student alternative format requests - your thoughts?

It should support a campus program or course. I have helped provide
accessible resources for active research for a student's
coursework/dissertation but not just because.

I have granted student's access to bookshare where they can easily find
resources they want... but you are not a library.
