[Athen] Ally Checking PDFs

I wanted to ask, as I'm having problems with Ally labelling PDFs created
from accessible Word and PowerPoint documents, that when worked on in
exported PDFs in Acrobat and coming up as accessible, are still being
flagged.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to address this?
