Reminder: Graduation Art Contest - Deadline Extended to April 4th!

Hi Folks,

I hope you are all doing well! This is a friendly reminder about our Graduation Art Contest - a chance to showcase your creativity and artistic talent and have your artwork featured on our 2025 biology graduation materials such as our graduation program, flyers, gifts, or other department promotions!

Exciting News! The submission deadline has been extended to April 4th, 2025, giving you extra time to finalize and submit your masterpiece.

🎨 New Submission Deadline: April 4th, 2025

Submission Guidelines:

  *   Eligibility: Open to all members of the Biology Department

  *   Theme: Artwork must be biology-related and appropriate for all audiences

  *   Image Requirements: High-resolution (minimum file size 2400 x 3000 pixels at 300 DPI, or higher)

  *   Usage Rights: By submitting, you grant the department permission to use your artwork for graduation materials and other biology-related promotions
