Meet the Panelists!



Joetta Zablotney | Geospatial Consultant
MBA, Technology Management, University of Washington
BA, Geography-GIS, University of Washington
AAS, Photogrammetry, Ferris State University

Joetta, with specialized experience in hydropower, focuses on geospatial sciences, including photogrammetry, surveying, computer science, and geographic information system (GIS) management and analysis. As a project manager and technical lead, she has been involved in various geospatial projects spanning areas such as environmental planning and management, water resources management, impact assessments, and relicensing of hydroelectric projects. Joetta has managed, developed, and maintained project databases using Esri ArcGIS suite of geoprocessing tools for tasks that demand coordinated data management. Her expertise extends to spatial data development and exploration, cloud-based interactive mapping, field data collection via drones and mobile devices, CAD/GPS integration, and formal metadata specifications. Joetta is also a FAA Certified sUAS Remote Pilot and an active member of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

Arghya Kannadaguli | GIS Data Analyst
B.A. with Honors in Geography: Data Science, Minor in Informatics

I am a geographer from Seattle with a background in GIS and Data Science. During my undergrad at UW, I found many interesting research and leadership opportunities in our wonderful Geography Department, including the research-based honors seminar, Plenum, and by founding GeoDat and EverybodyHacks. My professional background is in the environmental field, primarily in consulting and in the public sector. This summer, I'll be moving to California to pursue a masters in Environmental Data Science at UC Santa Barbara. Outside of school and work, I enjoy learning and teaching classical Indian dance, rollerblading, paddle boarding, embroidery, Duolingo-ing, and spending time with friends and family.

Lisa Enns | Geospatial Data Analyst
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Kansas State

Masters in Urban Planning, University of Washington

Lisa is a certified urban planner with over 15 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with an emphasis on spatial data. In every job she's held, she became the default analyst for the team. From calculating energy efficiency savings at a manufacturing plant as a mechanical engineer to creating traffic safety infographics as an urban planner, data has always been her passion. She started her own business in 2020 where she offers GIS consulting and Tableau development services.

Reily Love | Owner/CEO Love Geo Info
BA Computer Science, Clark University

MS Geography (GIS/Remote Sensing concentration), University of South Carolina

PhD Environmental Planning (abd) University of California, Berkeley

Climate Focused Geospatial Data and Software Engineer who has worked with ESRI, Microsoft, Wheyerhouser, Amazon and Toyota.  Now focused in Climate as a Technical Consultant on Data Engineering optimization.
