Hi everyone!

Thank you all for coming to our most recent leadership meeting. We are SO
grateful for our amazing team of old and new UDSM leaders! Here are the
notes

*Reminders: *

   - *Outreach managers: *Send supply order to Pavithra
(pprabh at uw.edu) by *April
   29th*
   - *New leadership: *Send a blurb and picture of yourself to Jacob (
   hansenjw at uw.edu) to add to the UDSM website (example
   <https://udstreetmed.weebly.com/leadership-team.html>)
   - Leadership members are allowed *3 excused and 1 unexcused absence per
   year*. Please fill out the *excused absence from prior to meetings* if
   you are unable to attend. Secretary, Hailey, will be keeping track of
   attendance.
   - If you need undergrad volunteers for a project, please fill out
the *Volunteer
   Request Form*. Carolina will be monitoring the form and sending projects
   out to our undergrad listserv.
