Hi team,

Forwarding along a helpful document regarding Thanksgiving dinners. Church on the Ave Friday Feast may be the most applicable for us, but there are others to consider in case you see someone that is staying outside the university district.
Also some interesting notes from the Peer Support Specialist Katrina King regarding support for people with chronic heavy alcohol use or use disorder - see below regarding 24-hour meetings via Alcathons or Cherry Fellowship (23RD & CHERRY FELLOWSHIP (cherry-fellowship.org)<https://www.cherry-fellowship.org/>

I have made a list of free thanksgiving dinners in Seattle, and I have found some other resources that may be useful for the holiday. Many people find the holidays to be triggering and want to stay clean for the holiday. There is Alcathons which is 24 hour meetings back to back every hour. Cherry hall is a fellowship hall that is close by us on 23rd and cherry street they will have thanksgiving food and back to back meetings starting on thanksgiving.
