Thank you so much for your interest! I will discuss the details of the event with the rest of the board to decide the best day for this meeting, but we can definitely do something in November and December as you said.  I can tell you the dates would probably be between Monday, November 25th and December 9th (that one is tentative since it's during finals week).



Also, is there anything you need from us to prepare for the event? My co-events chair, Kaelan, and I are happy to discuss any details with you over zoom, over the phone, or by email.



I look forward to working with you to advertise this great opportunity to UW undergraduate students!

Thank you for reaching out to Seattle/King County Clinic. This sounds like a great opportunity to connect with UDSM and we appreciate the invitation. The next clinic is scheduled for April 24 – 27, 2025 and we open volunteer registration on January 6. It would be great if we could come to a meeting in November or December right before we open registration. Let us know if you have those dates available and we’ll add one to the calendar.
