Thank you for the update! I look forward to coordinating this event with you all.
In response to your questions: our meetings typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours, which provides ample time for introductions, a presentation, and a Q&A session. If you have other agenda items in mind, please feel free to share!
We usually start our meetings at 7:30 PM, but we can adjust the time to one that works better for you. Recently, we've had around 30-40 attendees on Zoom and about 25 in person.

Thank you so much for your interest! I will discuss the details of the event with the rest of the board to decide the best day for this meeting, but we can definitely do something in November and December as you said.  I can tell you the dates would probably be between Monday, November 25th and December 9th (that one is tentative since it's during finals week).



Also, is there anything you need from us to prepare for the event? My co-events chair, Kaelan, and I are happy to discuss any details with you over zoom, over the phone, or by email.
